PLANNING PACK

1. Survey of the existing house (if necessary).
2. Based on client's brief presentation of design options.
3. After client's approval, final version of the drawings is lodged to local authority altogether with planning forms and other documents (newspaper ad, site notice).

NOTE: This pack is also used for house extensions for houses which do not need a planning permission (exemption certificate will be provided).
