Services & Fees

We would like to propose the following fixed fee packs (subject to initial site visit) :

Pack 1- House extensions where planning permission is not required (up to 40 sq m)
Pack 2- House extension where planning permission is required (usually single storey)
Pack 3- 2 storey house extension and full refurbishment of the existing house
Pack 4- New house up to 120 sq. m

All other projects, depending on their complexity, are priced individually.
